South Florida tile installation is what we do and we take pride in knowing we make every effort to be the professionals we would want working in our own homes.
Do you need help with design? We can explain the different tile types, their limitations and all of the tile trends out there today. At Trendsetter we search for the balance between design and durability that is right for your project. Already have a design or a design professional? We're ready to put your design to work. We know every client has beauty in mind when it comes to their space. Making that space easier to maintain begins with a tile and grout selection that lends itself to how the space is used as well as the manor in which it is cared for. We make recommendations based on things like pets, children, expected foot traffic and the frequency of a cleaning routine you're comfortable with.
Trendsetter installations are more attractive and durable not only because of the skills and certifications we have but also the building products we use. We use products from only the most reputable manufacturers. Laticrete, Custom Building Products, Schluter Systems and USG are just some of the products we work with everyday and for good reason. Their products have a proven track record. Showers built by Trendsetter with these products are waterproof before the tile is installed. Why does that matter? A shower that dries out quicker extends the life of the tile assembly. When moisture is not left to dwell or linger the integrity of the grout, adhesive and substrate can last far longer than a shower that was not waterproof. A shower inside the home receives more water in the course of one year than the roof of a house receives in rainfall!

When you first meet a tile contractor it may be difficult to tell the difference between a true professional and a guy with a truck. Here are the ways to spot the difference and why it's so important. A contractor performing Tile and marble installation in Broward or Palm Beach must have certificate of competency. The certificate will have a license number, display the name of the individual that qualified, the company that holds the certificate and specifically say tile and marble. It can be verified on each counties website under contractor search. If the individual does not have this document, they are an unlicensed contractor. Contractors are also required to have liability insurance. The contractor must have the business name on their vehicles as well as their license number(s). Hiring a contractor is more than an attractive price or the promise of great workmanship. It doesn't get much worse than finding out you hired an unlicensed individual after they took your money, did terrible work and didn't even finish what they started.
